1. Bühler MAS Series (Moisture Absorber System): A specialized absorption column line utilizing industrial desiccant media (such as color-indicating Silica Gel, Molecular Sieve, or inert chemical absorbers). After primary cooling, the sample gas passes through the MAS unit to strip away trace micro-moisture, driving the sample dew point down to extremely low levels. The transparent high-grade glass cylinder allows maintenance personnel to easily inspect desiccant color change for timely replacement.
2. Bühler MSCP Series (Mini/Mobile Sample Conditioning Panel): A compact turnkey panel system designed for cabinet mounting. The MSCP integrates a moisture separator trap, fine particulate filter, flow control valve, and moisture detection sensor. In the event of abnormal condensate breakthrough bypassing the primary gas cooler, the MSCP immediately trips an alarm relay to shut off gas flow, safeguarding downstream analyzers from liquid damage.
