The Bühler Heated Sample Lines lineup represents a high-performance sample gas transportation solution developed by Bühler Technologies (Germany). In Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and industrial process analysis, maintaining a stable sample gas temperature during transport from the sampling probe to the analysis cabinet is critical. Thanks to uniform heating and superior thermal insulation, Bühler heated lines eliminate cold spots, preventing moisture condensation and avoiding the loss of water-soluble gas components such as SO2, NO2, HCl, and HF.
Bühler heated sample lines feature a multi-layer composite construction comprising an inner process tube made of high-grade PTFE, PFA, or Stainless Steel; a spiral-wound heating element for homogeneous heat distribution; premium thermal insulation; an integrated Pt100/Pt1000 temperature sensor; and a durable outer protective jacket made of weather-resistant PA corrugated hose or synthetic rubber. The lines are available in both self-regulating versions and regulated versions controlled via external electronic temperature controllers.
These heated lines are widely deployed in thermal power plants, cement factories, petrochemical refineries, waste incinerators, chemical plants, and CEMS monitoring stations. Their flexible mechanical structure and high durability allow easy installation through complex piping routes without risking kinking or damaging internal heating elements.
