In DeNOx plant operations, accurately monitoring Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) and unreacted Ammonia leakage (NH3 slip) is critical for optimizing reagent injection and complying with stringent environmental regulations. However, the simultaneous presence of Ammonia (NH3) and Sulfur Trioxide (SO3) in flue gas easily forms sticky Ammonium Bisulfate (ABS) salts when temperatures drop below 200°C–220°C, causing severe sampling system clogging. The Bühler Denox-MB completely resolves this issue by incorporating integrated extraction modules, strictly controlled high-temperature heating, and an automated pneumatic blowback (backpurge) cleaning mechanism.
Engineered as a compact mounting board (MB), the Bühler Denox-MB allows seamless integration into existing gas analysis sample lines, simplifying installation, operation, and routine maintenance. All wetted parts are crafted from high-grade corrosion-resistant materials (such as SS316Ti stainless steel, Ceramic, and PTFE), ensuring long-term durability and reliable 24/7 continuous measurement accuracy.
