The Flowline LR85 features an ultra-narrow 3 to 4-degree beam angle that concentrates signal energy directly onto the liquid surface, effectively eliminating false echo interference caused by internal vessel structures such as agitators, heating coils, ladders, or narrow nozzle necks. Fully encapsulated with high-grade PFA/PVDF or 316L Stainless Steel wetted materials, the transmitter provides exceptional corrosion resistance against aggressive acids (HCl, H2SO4, HNO3), caustics, and volatile organic solvents.
Equipped with a standard 2-wire 4-20mA HART output signal, the LR85 integrates wireless Bluetooth technology for seamless setup and field diagnostics.
