Designed to replace traditional ultrasonic level sensors, the LR10 utilizes high-frequency 80GHz FMCW radar technology to emit a focused short-wavelength signal that effortlessly penetrates steam, condensation, vapor, temperature fluctuations, and light surface foam to deliver accurate, highly repeatable level readings.
The Flowline LR10 features a narrow 8-degree beam angle that concentrates radar signal energy directly onto the liquid surface, significantly reducing false echo reflections caused by narrow tank walls, internal piping, or structural obstructions. Encapsulated in a rugged, fully submersible PVDF housing (IP68 / NEMA 6P), the wetted antenna structure provides outstanding chemical resistance against corrosive acids, caustics, solvents, and industrial effluents.
Equipped with a standard 2-wire 4-20mA loop-powered output, the LR10 integrates wireless Bluetooth connectivity for effortless setup and field diagnostics. Maintenance engineers can configure measurement ranges, adjust damping times, and review live echo diagnostic curves using the intuitive Flowline WebCal app on iOS or Android devices. Featuring a compact footprint, pre-molded submersible cable, and 1-1/2" NPT/G process connection, the Flowline LR10 provides an exceptionally reliable and easy-to-install level measurement solution for water, wastewater, chemical, and industrial automation applications.
