0911472255The Flowline EchoSpan® DL10 Intrinsically Safe Ultrasonic Liquid Level Transmitter provides continuous non-contact level measurement for hazardous liquid applications requiring explosion-proof safety compliance. Certified Class I, Division 1 (Groups A, B, C, D) and ATEX/IECEx Zone 0, the DL10 is engineered for ultimate operational safety in volatile environments containing flammable solvents, fuels, vaporous chemicals, or hazardous gases.
With a measurement range up to 1.25 meters (4.1 feet) and an extremely short 5 cm (2 inches) deadband, the EchoSpan DL10 maximizes usable filling capacity in small tanks, day tanks, and IBC totes. Built for harsh chemical exposure, the sensor features a rugged Polypropylene (PP) enclosure paired with a corrosion-resistant PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) transducer and Viton® seal. It provides a 2-wire 4-20 mA analog output loop designed to connect directly through an intrinsic safety barrier to PLC system controllers or remote displays. Configuration, range calibration, and diagnostics are easily managed via Flowline's free WebCal® software interface using a USB Fob adapter.
