0911472255The Flowline EchoPulse® LR20 Non-Contact Pulse Radar Liquid Level Transmitter is a high-performance industrial level sensor engineered for continuous measurement of aggressive chemicals, highly corrosive liquids, and process fluids in above or below-grade storage tanks. Operating at a high frequency of 26 GHz, the transmitter is completely immune to the effects of vapor, condensation, surface foam, turbulence, and temperature or pressure variations within process vessels.
Designed for harsh chemical applications, the LR20 features a 316L stainless steel horn antenna paired with an internal PTFE inner shield, providing superior resistance against harsh acids, bases, and solvents. The transmitter installs directly via a 3" or 4" ANSI flange fitting and is housed in a rugged IP67 cast aluminum enclosure. An integrated LCD dot-matrix display module with push-button controls allows for seamless field configuration, real-time level display in engineering units or percentage bar graphs, and false echo signal curve recognition for advanced echo rejection.
