DA108 is a compact electric actuator for gate valves of hot runner systems. The actuator is designed for medium or large gates with a pin up to 10 mm.

High force, speed  and precision in a compact design with a hollow rod of DA108 allows to create highly competitive electric hot runners for sequential gating,  family mold and multicomponent co-injection.

Built-in water cooling in the actuator housing provides resistance to extreme temperatures up to 360 °C for
safe operation in the manfold

2. Hollow shaft for easy pin replacement

DA108 is equipped with a hollow shaft for easy pin replacement without actuator dismounting, which makes
maintenance procedures much faster and easier.

3. Single connector for easy mounting

In order to save space when installing electromechanical actuators in the manifold it is equipped with only
one connector, which makes it even more convenient compared to hydraulic cylinders.
