Digital indicator M748 BCS Italia Vietnam

Product Description

The M748 Digital Indicator is specifically designed to operate in conjunction with load cells or other strain gauge transducers. Compact, robust, and highly reliable, the unit offers excellent noise immunity and is built using top-grade components, carefully assembled and rigorously tested.

Signal conversion from analog to digital is performed by a sigma-delta A/D converter with 16-bit internal resolution. The device functions as a ratio meter, using the excitation voltage supplied to the transducer as the reference voltage, thereby compensating for any voltage drop along the connecting cable.

The M748 can be optionally equipped with two analog inputs, allowing the acquisition of signals from two load cells or groups of load cells. Digital functions are managed by a CHMOS single-chip microprocessor, with several configuration options available (see related list).

Setup, calibration, commands, and parameter settings are carried out via a 16-key polycarbonate keypad, including numeric and function keys. The integrated power supply is stabilized and short-circuit protected, providing 5 VDC / 60 mA, suitable for powering up to six 350 Ω strain gauge bridges in parallel.

The indicator consists of a main board with a display board and can be mounted in various types of metal or plastic enclosures.
